GST ON REAL ESTATE PROJECT IN GURUGRAM

Hi

I have booked a flat in 2011in New Gurgaon and since then I have been paying the Demand of builder under CLP Scheme , Now post GST implementation I got my Flat changed from 16th Floor to 13th and now Builder is charging GST on entire amount of approx. 30 lacs which was paid along with service tax Pre GST period . As per him they have reversed all Service Tax paid in all these years .. so for Replaced Flat I will have to pay full GST on entire amount which is not looks legitimate demand . Can anyone guide on this what to do next ....

Builder is taking advantage of your not having had a discussion or incomplete discussion. This is an indication he is charging U extra Premium for the new purchase while he is taking back the old flat without premium. This is the catch - Write a Letter to Builder of your discussions about the price of the flat - U should get the benefit of taking a lower Floor etc.....??????????????? U Need to Fight with them as well as with the Government that the Builder has cheated U It is Cheating but he will portray as misleading for benefit U have lost since U did not explain or /bargain Good Luck more
