GST relief summary

* Exporters to get IGST relief for 6 months

* SMEs with annual turnover of Rs 1.5 crore will be allowed to file quarterly returns

* E-wallet gateway will be developed and introduced after six months

* Group of Ministers to decide on bringing down the rate for AC restaurants to 12 percent

* Reverse charge mechanism suspended till March 2018

This is not a relief. This is going to collapse the entire Indirect Tax system. It is a failure of digital India. At last they will ask to submit return in manual. 4the month of implementation of GST, but we are not able to file the return for the 1st month. To avoid the hitch up, they have allowed to file quarterly return more  
I have one question seeking answer - small businessmen having turnover up to 1.0 cr. & if they opt for 1%(traders) (manufacturer 2%), will they be able to do interstate business more  
What has been done for the glitches as presently being faced for the July to Sept quarter? Also what about the horrible penalties collected by the govt in the name of late fees and interest for no fault of assessees? Is it going to be refunded ?? more  
Notification to this effect is yet to publish with effective dates as several commondities tax also revised/reduced !! more  
As regards to works contracts pending finalisation of tax is is mentioned as 12 % more
