HAPPLESS LEGITIMATE TICKET HOLDERS MISS TRAIN -AGRESSIVE ILLEGITIMATE PASSENGERS THE CULPRITS :

*Even as the rakes were rolling into the platform, the berths were occupied compartment full. Attached picture will show - Conniving with the Yard staff and touts ? - Resulting in passengers holding confirmed tickets unable to get in as the sleeper coaches were filled with passengers without confirmed tickets.

* The TTEs and staff who were supposed to help the legitimate reserved ticket holders were reduced to mere spectators and said it was difficult to stop the train and check each every passenger. - That is not the answer. If the intension was to close one eye yet be with the uniform what can the poor gullible legitimate passengers do ? - Every responsible TTE should have sought the help of R.P.F, G.R.P. and In addition Central security forces. Why didn't they do it ? - Beside Railways being their main Masters, their attention should have been towards serving the Passengers.

* Even When this happens in Premier trains like Vande Express- Each train having been Flagged off by P.M himself.
(Vande Bharat highjacked by ticketless
Passengers in Lucknow. Where is RPF or Railway PoliceSujata Singh)

* Then after 24 hours dawns the bright idea to to release Emergency quota - where will the passengers go in a big city like chennai. - SIMPLE SOLUTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN TO BE ALERT PREVENT SUCH A SITUATION - Time again the illegitimate passengers go with the confidence and conviction they can walk into any train without proper ticket as the checking staff are all dummies. - Jai Hind more

I suggest that more work force should be deployed to stop this menace. I look only that option as a solution. By this, employment is generated and railways get revenue. Unemployment situated in the country is debated badly in all social media. So government can address this issue to certain extent. Currently 3/4 TTEs are assigned to each train having 18 to 22 compartments which means the one TTE has to take care of 4/5 bogies which is impossible task. Again these TTEs should get one each from RPF/CRPF whatever you call. Again these workforce need to be sincere and honest. I noticed many TTEs show blind eyes to these issues despite passengers raising them. Yes, as narrated by one member here that SL coaches are occupied at the yard itself even before the train enters into the platform which is more prevalent in North & NE. This is because the maintenance staff leave the doors open at the yard after cleaning. All these workforce are contractual and the agencies should be punished and banned. more
Now RPF And TTEs should come in to action to drag and hand over without ticket passengers to genuine authority as it's crime.Doors must remain closed while rolling empty coaches. more
Dear sirs, I wouldn't say mixed reactions to the post, as all were against unauthorized passengers barging into reserved compartment without authentic ticket to enter. Shouldn't OUR BIG BOSSES REALISE THIS FIRST. Then come to the support of or give excuses for the BARGEES. Firstly the ones who barged in without reserved tickets depriving the Legitimate ticket holders of their entry should be stopped. With such a lot of support staff (TTEs, RPF, GRPF, CRPF etc ), that too in a big railway Station like Chennai Central this should not have happened, if the intention and objective was towards the comforts of the CUSTOMER (paying or partially paying ). What is the point showing the word about our development holding the stark reality. more
The problem is not only disconcerting but has defied solution hitherto. One can escalate the grievance rederss process so as to include the CRB, RM, NHRC and PMO as well. Hope this should stir overcoming of the inertia of movement. more
In democracy, mobocracy converts legitimate into illegitimate. It happens at every step of life. Mob of anti social/national persons can get the culprit freed from the police custody. Even the court orders are procured within minutes in such cases. more
Sir you have really gone deep into how democracy is misused by unscrupulous people flout conscience, and disregards, or has contempt for, laws of right or justice. more
