HOW CAN A CONVICT HEAD A PARTY :
AND WE REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO GOOD DAYS AHEAD.
* Convicted heading a party is a huge blow to the purity of Election process .
* Further the criminal is rested with powers to select candidates to be law maker. What quality of Candidates will people have to choose from?
* When the convicted is barred from contesting should they be allowed to do collectively through their agents ?
* How to stop them handing over the post to spouse , relative or sibling as they languish in in Jail and yet have a say in ruling in absentia.
Some leaders’ name s are listed but some others’ not . It took a good long 20 years to convict a former Chief Minister who was in and out of the office . People were definitely denied justice and was a bad role model in politics for others follow suite.

For several decades, criminals, murderers,deceits, street looters burglers are the ones elected to power . Political parties select or give tickets to candidates who give ( more dignified word) donations. Such candidates gets elected and they were given powerful portfolios. Ever since the first election commissioner who was instrumental in getting a candidates profile,including assets etc., which now in force. More than 80% politicians may not be qualified to get ticket or elected. Unless the respective ministry formats requirement of a election candidate, more and more dummies will rule the country. more

if only MR MODI Govt. is bold enough to bring in a law that all political parties must submit audited reports every year on their earnings and pay Income Tax Property tax etc. many of the so called Parties will vanish and it will automatically ensure criminals participating in elections But we Indians have a mind to appreciate even criminals if it is helping us and we do not see any right or wrong. This is continuing from Mahabharata days. Sri Krishna is still worshiped as God even though what he did was not acceptable to right minded people. Dushta Nigraha and Syshta paripalanam is accepted by us Who is Dushta and who is Syshta is up to the person who does the act. more

Voices of dissent would either be quashed with agencies which have the power to bang and slam you in a locker. Judiciary has been compromised and we saw how fake molestation cases were registered against 22 AAP MLA's in a span of 1 month. I wouldn't be surprised if it were the same DM who would have passed the order for all 22 MLA's. FIR's were registered against these MLA's but the matter remained between the Police and DM and did not even make it to the Court. Another Judge gave them bail and end result was all were happy...lesson taught and lesson learnt. Any Citizen who is a convict under Financial or Social Crimes , SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RULE THE NATION WHICH IS PROVED BEING LOOTED A LOT. more
