HOW LIVELIHOOD AND PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES TO GO HAND IN HAND TO TAKE CARE OF THE ECONOMY:

* Open up livelihood activities under strict supervision.

- Erect Special Check posts at entry points of markets through which the shoppers can go, to be screened thermally,

- permitted shops to adhere strictly to the S.O.P’s

- Any violation noticed by Authorities to initiate action under the provision of section 52 -60 of Disaster Management Act.

- spots where large numbers gather like Bus stans, Hospitals and construction labourers supervise advise and if possible also distribute Masks.

- In Parks and Beaches deploy drones to disperse gatherings.

* Another group which is at risk of getting infected is the Sales and service personnel of the Commercial establishments. Bulk Vaccination drive has already started.

Suggestions made are obviously proactive but strict compliance of Covid guidelines by us at our own and without any pressure from any end is necessary. more
Good suggestion, but it has to be implemented by the authorities. more

There are some scepticism over the funnctioning of the Government and authorities about implementing. But it was a team work iwth officials discusiing with the Trade representatives. And also also deciding to take penal action on violators. As the last one is made clearthe public will obey . more
Shopkeepers in a locality should come together and employ personnel who will ensure that everyone follows the norms and also given the authority to penalise violations. Also, there should be public toilets in each such locality which should be funded and maintained by the businesses in that locality. more
