Sirma Ji Correct I wish to add regarding Birth of our Constitution which has the very Heavy Blow or Impact on our Leaders to hard to understand the Fruits of Our Constitution as it takes sometime very long time like RAM_RAVAN Battle but Many Intellectuals think one day we will finish our RAVANS from our Social Structure. If we all INDIAN Believes and Follow the RAMAYANA or Play Drama of Ramayan Every Year which was Written by VALMIKI JI and become or Sacred GRANTH. Why People of INDIA do not wish to accept Dr.B.R.AMBEDAKAR as MORDERN VALMIKI of INDIA and must Consider our CONSTITUTION as our Sacred or Holi GRANTH to Follow by all sense and with true faith along with RAMAYANA. Why This People wish to IGNORE that Because of VALMIKI only we have So many WRITERS and Intellectuals in INDIA. Our Court MUST CONSIDER our INDIAN CONSTITUTION as a Modern or Last Epic Equal to RAMAYANA to deal with all People of INDIA. Let us all must Address Mr.Ambedakar as CONSTITUTIONAL VALMIKI a GURU of HINDU Modern civilization and a LAW MAKER to revive again with all the Religions of INDIA. more
Sri Ranvir Sing , the issues and status as at 2013 read with 2013 - 2014 Parliament Sessions totally proved that except a Marshall , no other can redress or Reform . This is why , Either the Indian general public or the Indian Military have to at least realise to awake the Constitutional Care Taker i.e., the SUPREME COURT OF INDIA IN A SOFT , SAFE AND EASY WAY . This is necessary if we analyse the Issues of the Posts in this Circle and the way the Parliamentarians and Judiciary still keep silence on the paucity and the Strive . The issue of Reorganisation of Andhra Pradesh State Bill in February 2014 Parliament Houses ; the way the Supreme Court delayed the hearing of the case pertinent to this issue posting beyond the Appointed Day even though there was enough time on this fundamental issue IS TO BE THOUGHT TO FIT US TO THE PERFECT ROUTE THAT CAN SAVE INDIANS AND INDIAN CONSTITUTION . more
Dear sarma ji all these Issues must be Discussed Regularly in our PARLIAMENT because our Courts can take Action only by the orders of our Parliament let all the Political Parties must Unite on this Issue and Find out all odds and solutions also. Basic Needs are the requirement of our all Countrymen. What ever is Going on Since for the last 70 years is a Total Havoc as all Political Party's aims are only sucking money of the Country and by Business Co-operations but confusing the majority of our Population by Making all "BLOODY FOOL ISSUES" to win the Elections.. All our Govt.Body must give verdict first to improve our VILLAGES in all respects. People are far away from their motive of Development of our Country. more
1. The Union of India has to possess the right over the Land and Land utilisation to address the livelyhood needs of people ranging from Drinking Water , Irrigation Waters , Drains to Streams , Reservoirs , Tanks , ponds to the land for Industries leaving the enough land in boundary addressing the Effluent Treatment , Effluent Disposal . Besides , there shall be the strict operation of making compulsory the Open Earthen area surrounding each House allowing at least 4 trees within and the Streets and Roads to have Trees alongside while the Open Areas like parks or free lands shall be endowed with surrounded Trees of Breeze and various healthcare . But , the issues of Land Ceiling Act and its will full neglect in operating and enforcing this Law of National Wealth and Public Essential for the whole generations made the States powerful to deviate and defy even , eventhough THE ISSUE OF LAND IS PRIME IN AND FOR EVERY COUNTRY . This is now to be set right conducting Resurvey and Settle the Lands as per the Laws in Force taking over the Lands that legally and legitimately fall and vest in with the Governments . IF THIS IS DONE , THE LIVELY-HOOD AND INDUSTRIAL/ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE PROBLEM COULD BE SOLVED AT EASE . 2. The Interconnection of Rivers , Streams , Reservoirs is to be planned keeping in view the Geographical and MSL level to utilise the Fertile lands and , to meet the livelyhood & Agricultural , Commercial needs of the people . 3. The gross negligence and dilution in various Inspectorates and Revenue Departments is only the cause in even not addressing the infrastructural needs in the Village and near by forest areas . IF THE ISSUES 1 , 2 , AND 3 , ABOVE ARE ATTENDED AND IMPLEMENTED PROMPTLY , THE WHOLE COUNTRY AND ITS PEOPLE WILL BE WELL ENOUGH IN THEIR LIVELY HOOD SET AT ARTICLE 21 please . For this only the Modi headed NDA objected for improving 100 Districts of India in the first Term alongwith Developing the Rural India but , the ANTI NATURE AND OBJECTIVE OF POWER REGAINING OF THE CONGRESS & THEIR ALLIES have been rigorously trying for failure in Success of these two Missions of public interest which ultimately strengthen the country' s Economy . more
Sarma Ji It is Possible to make Mini TANKS/Soak Pits at the Out Skirts of Each Village and all Sewer Lines can be Joined into that Underground Tank or Soak-pit that should be of Sufficient Capacity let say for average 10Years to each Village as per Density of People/Homes. This can minimize or standardize the Population Growth to a Optimum Requirements of the Country. more
