Create an environment where you will get clean drinking water everywhere you travel without need to pay money. Create Economic environment where even the low income group people also enjoy the high quality nutritious and clean water and food everywhere in our country more

Unfortunately the law and order falls under the purview of the state govts.Centre cannot do much to enforce decipline.Abusing environment should be strictly punished.Any amount of law making is not going to help.India has more laws than advanced countries but miserably lacks enforcement.This is where the centre should find ways to go about more

I fully endorse the Government's proposal of imposing a fine and possible imprisonment for those found indulging in dirting of the Ganga. There must be a fear of punishment for the people to behave. more  
We pay a lot for clean drinking water in the form of packaged mineral water bottle.Govt. can ensure clean water at public places like railway stations,metro stations,bus stops,important malls and cinema halls just like pay and use toilet.Just imagine we pay at least Rs 15 for a mineral water bottle,how interesting it will be if we pay Rs 5 and can collect 1 l cool clean water from public places in summers.It will be benificial for both govt. and us. more  
To whom we will make accountable for Maintaining/keeping hygiene in the society, No any Government, we as Indian are responsible for this. education is important, one small thing I want to share with you, there was a function at Chennai, all celebrities from Film industry and politicians were present at dice, they opened the book or some CD and left wrapper on the floor, Mr, jackey Chain picked up all that things and disposed more
