why was an explanatory note not given articulating the impact of Nokia factory closing in Chennai, which seems to have impacted manufacturing by about 4.86% (actual may be near -2.74% not 7.6%) and IIP by 4.05%(actual may be near -0.22% not -4.27%) more

(for regular citizens like me, no issues, there is no nokia to close every month, data will reverse in a bit and efforts of a sincere govt will surely succeed, so we will buy into the negativity and make money :D ) more

way more seriousness needs to be exercised when data is impacted by one time events, the whole machinery is working overtime to grab attention to India. why not apply mind while and before release on how the user of information with think, instead of getting reactive and fielding questions after the horse is allowed to bolt? more
