ILLEGAL BUSINESSES IN RUNNING TRAINS. RAILWAY BOARD BE SERIOUS.
The zonal railways NOT monitoring the railway services. Railway Board must take serious action on passenger complaints. Ignorant attitude of Senior Railway officials only encouraging such illegal practices. Only stringent action on public complaints can only be effective and can restrict such illegal businesses on running trains. more

Yes.... Such illegal vendors are increasing..... Even if we catch hold of them and hand over to RPF, etc, they are released when the train (with us) leaves the station.... more

It will be better if the Railways evolve and implement a system of grievance redress that registers the grievance raised and the facility to see status by complainant. more

RPF और GRP के सहयोग से ही यह धंधा चलता है और इसमें रनिंग स्टाफ की भी सहभागिता होती है इसलिए ये तीनों एजेंसी शिकायत करने पर भी कुछ नहीं करती है more
