Sex provocative means and ways through Ragging, Lovers' Day, Kiss of Love, Pub Culture and Holiday Events gathering strangers of both Genders, SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED AND PERMITTED . Prostitution to earn Money to lead Self and Family shall be RE-INSTATED with necessary Licences as in the Past which WILL JUSTIFY THE GREED OF BOTH THE GENDERS . We should understand that Widow Marriages were Socially grounded only at the interest of the whole Society TO STOP UNLAWFUL SEX at Consent/Connivance AS WELL AS TO STOP RAPES .
