India needs to watch BA.4 and BA.5

Positivity ratios are rising again in South Africa and have doubled in one week from 7.5% to 15.5% . Superimposing variant frequencies, it is clear that this is the predicted effect of BA.4 & BA.5. See attached.

While I understand it is BA.2.12.1 causing surge in Delhi right now, havoc events are likely with BA.4 and BA.5 as they have F486V mutation which evades vaccine.

India should be shutting flights from any country like south africa and others that have have these mutations.

Mask and Social distance everyone. more

Any of you talking and making comments on Covid need to listen to this. This is not covered by main stream media but should be. This is a very well known in real scientific and research community. His opinions and thoughts are based on real science and non political. https://reason.com/video/2022/04/22/facing-faucis-fury-qa-with-dr-jay-bhattacharya/ more
Really some original thought. This should apply to India, where this government's reaction to the pandemic caused the effect Dr. Bhattacharya talks about. more
So, what did everyone take the vaccine for (and still taking boosters), when it was common sense that the virus was going to mutate in the future? Just to take flights, go to malls and watch cinemas? Many countries have imposed social distancing, masks, vaccine passports; yet their successive waves made higher peaks. This is because these things don't work. Only thing that works is maintaining good health, as Covid is a problem only for those with co-morbidities, aged & elderly.. more
He does support the vaccine, as I do too. So much we did was false. Personal responsibility is so important in dealing with infection like in any other illness is the key. more
Please watch this video. more
One comment of withdrawing penalty for not wearing mask by Delhi CM is mainly responsible for increase in Covid cases in Delhi. Better to remain silent as all knew the havoc it was creating in other Asian countries. more
Awareness and educating people seems to be the only solution, Since we cannot afford to close / control / stop any activity in industry, school market etc. places more
