Invasion by ticketless

The current railway administration has completely destroyed the Railways. Was travelling from Jpr-To-Udpr, which is not a labour route by any means. Even then, sub-alts have totally invaded the 3AC. There is no RPF/TT in sight.
I am rude enough to ward them off, but many had to share their seats. more

people know that it has become a routine practice to buy ordinary or sleeper ticket and board in 3rd AC. I have suffered in in AC too with this problem.TTE comes and checks whether passenger has boarded or not and moves a head for other. RPF has nothing to do with.people come in groups and keep their bags on upper berth , no matter, some one is lying there.strangers forcefully ask to share seat.Saying all have to go.Understand others problems too. Such bad condition of IR. General and sleeper coaches number is being reduced day by day.Govt thinks as if all are rich to afford AC tickets. reason, behind un controlled rush in AC Class, may be less number of general and sleeper coahes. more
one TT was murdered by a labour who was ticketless and when questioned by TT he was pushed out of the running train and he feel on the other track and was runover by anothet train. No security is given to TT,s while on duty. this happened in erala more
Ticketless travellers are rampant across the country and there is neither RPF nor TT in the compartments, who patrol once in a while and even if they come, they do not bother. Even in Mumbai AC locals, this is the situation. We are talking about unemployment and we have enough resources but why can't railways deploy additional work force to ward off this nuisance and thus earning revenue for railways. And hence people can travel comfortably and peacefully. more
On the one hand online booking, for example; is definitely progress but what use is such progress when the ground reality is only marginally better. Toilets of trains are still in terrible state. True progress would only count when the 'lowest common facilities' improve in the railway system. Even 50 years ago there was crowding of reserved coaches by satellite town workers and others. So not much has changed in the railways except sophistication in its hype! more
I often come across such incidents and complained on their IVR 139 after failing on my request to onboard staffs. But result was big zero. Next, I received message on SMS complaint had been attended by onboard staff which was completely false. Now, Indian Railways became so commercial, they even forgotten to respect Sr. Citizen which I revealed today. There is no concession for them and even allotting their seats on upper berths. For last 7/8 years, day by day, all slogans of railways which were displayed in prior years on the boards of Railways, now have been wiped out in the name of modernization, better facilities and amenities which we don't see or realize anywhere. I think now our Bharat is running in the path of Capitalism like America, though constitution says we are socialistic democracy. Trains are running on ever average late, nationally. Derail & accident are now often heard frequently, as we saw in recent past, lower level employees were blamed. But higher officers have no time to inspect or supervise, even they have least knowledge of actual problems of running of trains. Railways is planning and dancing at the tune of political bosses and putting more and more trains & laying new lines, but what about old ones, are these properly repaired, replaced or maintained? who check or verify it? Really railways management is now of a great concern. more
Travelers in Northern India have no discipline in Rail travel. crowding in reserved coach during day hours is quite acceptable to reserved passengers..TTE and RPF encourage it. Whereas in South you will find very disciplined travelers. more
