Inviting 3rd wave

Friends attached what is going on in Chennai and Mumbai illustrating how people are thronging beaches.

We have not learned a lesson and are inviting a 3rd wave. The LocalCircles social distancing surveys do a fantastic job of communicating non compliance. The same must be done on public places now.

Others must also share what they have observed at public places in their city especially beaches or riverfronts more

India's public had borne a lot and also is the one who have ultimately suffered! Government however continues enjoying the power, exercising the whim of an autocrat when last year prime minister invoking the provisions of National disaster management act, unilaterally declared the world's severest lockdown. Thence, we learnt that Lives and livelihoods remain linked especially with the poor. Government imposed directives, when advisory could have been first tried, yet citizens complied, in the hope that authorities know better. However we saw what the second wave did, insofar as the consequences were only postponed when government kept loudly proclaiming success in the first wave, while with second the second wave's onset simultaneously saw mounting fatalities. Fatalities count could number over the reported. Mathematical modelling reveals many time over. Underreporting this statistic rampant, as doing so favours government. Now, happily pandemic under control and all seems a distant memory, perhaps feeling relieved. Yet, some people stake everything on government's wisdom. Government's good showing during first term, did win peoples confidence, but one must always check with new evidence. more
It is between worsening economy versus damage due to Covid 19. It has to be chosen selectively between the two. more
Our problems are that we learn lessons only from our own sufferings, until then we continue with our careless attitude to fulfill our personal whim or desire displaying utter disregard towards others interests and safety. more
There is already warning. Government is opening the market, to protect the economy, but not because it is risk free. It is better to keep social distancing and avoid crowds. more
Sorry, Localcircles is not doing a fantastic job. It is only prejudiced. When I have reported with evidence violation of the government officers, my post is deleted. So also this post will be deleted. I demand action against the VVIPs. Here is the evidence. https://epapervijayavani.in/ArticlePage/APpage.php?edn=Bengaluru&articleid=VVAANINEW_BEN_20210830_7_9&artwidth=449px Benagluru Metro trains has clearly "Not to sit" symbol on every alternate seat to maintain social distance. Metro squad only have guts to fine public, and not the VVIPs. Does localcircles have guts to raise this question?? This is where LocalCircles is not doing any fantastic job. more
