Just like Banks were forced to pay interest on delayed credit on RBi diktat. Railways too should be made to pay interest for the delayed credit. more

Imagine the same institution heralded IR's computerisation-cum-teleconnectivity. Cannot IRCTC simply repeat history sprucing up refunds credit? Surely needs right intent. more

Is govt listening why does it take so much time to refund the amount and also understand lot of them do not get refund.I think LC should do a survey on this and send it to railway ministry to rectify the same. more

IRCTC sarkari? No brother, it is not sarkari. Infact all sarkari institutions feels that they are Private. They have to earn money for their bosses and ministers. They cut jobs and go for private and invent new and new methods to cut the pockets of the passengers. Unless the philosophy of the Central Govt changes from governance to Thekedari, things will not improve. Every public institution will venture to thug the public. That is the plain truth. more
