IRCTC staff
In Rajdhani express after serving food, IRCTC staff comes out openly and ask for the tips. And they do not go away untill you pay them. The concerned department in railways should instruct the staff not beg from the passengers (they are paid to do these jobs ) more

This menace has increased manifold off late. The whole group one by one starts pestering with a begging bowl. My feeling is this transition has started after out-sourcing the services.The owner is maximising his profit. more

Dear Sir, I agree, such type of collection should be stopped forthwith. One more request. Information indicated that the Bogibeel Bridge will commission shortly and one Rajdhani Express will run through Dhemaji from Dibrugarh to New Delhi .Sir if so kindly arrange stoppage of the train at Dhemaji, North Lakhimpur, Harmoti, Biswanath Charali, Rangapara North and Udalguri Rly Station. rest portion will decide by the authority. If done except Rangapara North other Station have to develop the infrastructure. Railway authority kindly pay attention in this regard. Thanks & Regards.Munin Sharma, Udalguri.
