M.M.SARAWGI - Try to reduce the holidays like Dr. and Engr. Profession always on Emergency . Like any other professional Judges must have more responsibility towards Humanity and they must stay more time during working hours and holidays to final justice on top priority. Give task to Judges with time bound programme for decision. more

There should be a cap on the number of times lawyers / litigants ask for new dates and post ponements on some pretext or the other. more
