Both Citizen and Governing Bodies of Constitution now to memorize and unite for the public interest campaign of Sri ANNA HAJARE of 2012-13. THIS IS THE REALLY ESSENTIAL CONCEPT FOR A JUSTIFIED RULE in the diluted and diversified Political Democracy that grossly ignored the Directives of Rule . This was possible Politicians in the absence of Code and Regulations as well as specific mandate on Education and Earning opportunities which could have decades back itself routed to the goal of better electorate that can highlight the Constitutional Mandate for Rule and in Rule . more
