JUDICIARY

Judicial process in India is a much time taking one that even for getting a normal justice a citizen has to wait for years; and more years have to be spent, if there is an appeal. The personnel of the judicial dept. including legal advisors, lawyers are not interested in the quick disposal of individual cases. Altogether a law abiding citizen is getting frustrated with the very long process for getting justice. This drags him to adopt to other criminal ways for getting his part. It is expected that the new govt. under respected Prime Minister Mr.Modi looks into the matter for some action plan in the judicial system, along with the other programmes being implemented, as in the case of govt.files -to be disposed in 100 days.

Expecting a better justice for the citisen,

Justice lost its meaning, if delayed. I have some solutions are given below : 1. All courts should be opened 24 hrs to solve all pending cases. 2. Electronic media to be adopted to speed up justice. 3. Strengthen the police department in all respect - quantity & quality. 4. After completing the pending cases, time frame to be built for all type of cases. 5. Responsibility to be fixed for all the cases. 6. Improve tranceperacy in public, police & judiciary and harsh on punishment to overcome the corruption. I appeal to shree Modi ji, to take action immediately on my suggestion because we are already far behind on this subject. more
why do we have court vaccations india? This was necessary when Britishers were ruling the country, but now we are free from British rule and we have lakhs and lakhs of pending cases to be sorted out. Lets sit and find a solution for the delayed justice. more
Judiciary: three urgent reforms 1) reduce number of appeals in all cases. 2) create an adjunct judiciary comprising of retired judges up to the level of district judges to review all pending cases and to recommend disposal by a special bench of serving judges say 3 in each state. 3) similarly, inmates in various prisons and under trials' cases need review and acquittal granted in about 6 months from date of review in deserving cases. This is do-able. more
