This year's survey as the one in 2017 on e-commerce reviews and ratings is quite insightful and below is the survey report. Not only does the survey throw insights on the issues and solutions related to online reviews and ratings, your feedback is also helpful in differentiating between real reviews/ratings and how to identify fake reviews/ratings.
