MANY LIKE ME QUESTION FREEDOM & CONSTITUTION
Because living of common people has worsened MORE after 1947! Upto 1947's 14th august common men had no expectations except freedom BUT THAT FREEDOM THEY WANTED WAS NOT TO BE FILLED WITH ANOTHER KIND OF 'LACK OF FREEDOM"
HOW? Our own men started ruling for whom?
on what principles? for improvements or deteriorations?
ANALYSIS OF MEN LIKE US SAY S : The wisdom was lacking in governance started in a hurry but with passage of time there was no CORRECTIONS!
EDUCATION WAS THE SECTOR WHICH WAS NEGLECTED MOST AND NEPOTIOSM ALLOWED AT RANDOM!
WHICH HAS SET THE NERVES OF EACH AND EVERY CITIZEN IN A PANIC 'what will happen tomorrow?'
SO?
LETS GRAB WHATEVER WE GET TODAY NOT CARING FOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES /PEOPLE!
FORTUNATELY PEOPLE CHANGED GOVERNMENT IN 2014 (which should have been done as back as 1972)
AND THE CONSTITUTION IS PLAYING A BID FACTOR IN PEOPLE'S DESTINY BECAUSE OF A FEW PROMINENT FACTORS i) secularism ii) voting by one and all (many don't know the implications of voting)iii) lack of true education has rendered people ineffective iv)wisdom in 'hidnuism' neglected v) hindus are majority in a communal partition yet the majority was deprived of their true claim by an (presently disregarded term worldwide)
imaginary thoght of a heaven THRASHED (as e see in kashmir today)
I am not a politician I express my thoughts hoping that many will express like me and build a WISE CONCENSUS!

We should not Forget our Neighbors or Neighboring Countries after PARTITIONS they become our enemy in Revengeful Act.But as a whole they were PART of our Country or we were Part of their Country same thing. Our own Intellectuals Doubt about our Neighbors might be true also as INDIANS are outside INDIA also some may be Positive some may be Negative. What I mean to say after 1947 why INDIANS are suffering the MOST in INDIA not outside INDIA. more

Sri M. M. Gupta , please go-through the Preamble and Objectives proposed which will never be lead or objected to either march ; or protest ; or process a procession ; but will dealt in the Courts of Law . Various previous Supreme Court Judgements and its security back to the Citizen are such can never be forgotten . In the Sake way , Different Presidents of India held differently and stood for the People of India . Even if the first case is purchased off , the 2nd , 3rd, 4th, or 5th will definitely score even by any one Bench out of these Cases . Try and Try till Success shall be the motto of Civic Attitude . If , even then , the Justice cannot be heard by Indian Citizen , the Military who also become part of Citizen must help Secure justice even within the Outer Border . Positive aspire was given in 2013 , People attained and the NDA Leadership took the opportunity for a good governance through public participation and a chance was given to those interested Citizen who think for the either the Nation of the People and WE ARE JUST TRYING TO ACHIEVE IN THE SELECTED AND JUSTIFIED WAY since this situation was tendered by the issues of POLICING ; POLITICAL ELECTION ; JUSTICE AND THE JUDICIARY TOO that were discussed in our these Circles with great concern please . more

The move is to be generated widely but you will find the parliamentarians particularly present rajhya sabha men will oppose! for 'change wanting men ' its not feasible to come out on street with flags ! But as soon as all men are involved the MESS WILL START!(dont we see the rajya sabha today? that situation if prevaile in Sri Nehru's time he could not run the show) BECAUSE AGAIN MEN ARE NOT WISE! WHY? THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO! THEY MAY HAVE INFINITE DEGREES BUT WISDOM? LACKING! WHY?
