Ministry of Law

I have always wondered what Ministry of Law in India does and why it struggles with judiciary on issues like NJAC etc.

Can on same lines as Consumer Affairs and Food Safety, the local circle contact this ministry and have them create a legal circle.

Atleast if they can represent junta's grievances with the legal system it can lead to judiciary doing more disclosures.

Nothing has happened on CCTV being put in courts cause that was taken up in this circle. We just hear from Chief Justice in events that there are not enough judges while the ones that are there operate at what levels of efficiency?

REFORMS BY ELECTION COMMISSION NEED TO BE APPROVED BY THE ELECTED MEMBERS THEY HAVE DEMONSTRATED THEIR UNWILLINGNESS AGAINST PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR THE ELECTION COMMISSIONS REFORMS. ALL THE POLITICAL PARTIES WITH NO EXCEPTION SUPPORTED THE INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF COMMISSIONERS TO CONTROL ITS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ERRING POLITICAL PARTY CANDIDATES FURTHER ELECTION COMMISSION INSTEAD OF RECOMMENDING ANY ACTION AGAINST ERRING OFFICIALS DURING ELECTION, TO BE PUNISHED BY THE ELECTION COMMISION ITSELF. FOR THAT ELECTION COMMISSION TO BE SUITABLY POWERED BY LAW. THAN ONLY A FAIR AND FREE ELECTION IS VIABLE(RETIRED ELECTION COMMISSIONERS OBSERVATION ABOUT THEIR UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT TO CONTROL THE MONEY ROLL IN ELECTIONS NEED TO BE REMEMBERED)--VGK more

THE TIMES OF INDIA OF 18TH FEBRUARY 2017 CARRIED REPORTS ABOUT THE INVOLVEMENT OF CERTAIN SUPREME COURT JUDGES AND CONGRESS LEADERS IN THE MULTI-CRORE SCAM WHICH LED TO THE SUICIDE OF THE PREVIOUS CHIEF MINISTER OF A NORTH-EASTERN STATE OF INDIA. THIS SENSATIONAL REPORT REQUIRES TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY BY THE BJP GOVT. AND THE MINISTRY OF LAW IN PARTICULAR. THIS REPORT REVEALS THE EXTENT OF CORRUPTION PREVAILING IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA . THE SENIOR CITIZENS OF INDIA DEMAND THAT ALL THOSE INVOLVED IN DENIGRATING THE COURTS OF INDIA BE PUNISHED AND EXILED FROM THIS NATION . more
WE. THE RIGHT-THINKING CITIZENS OF INDIA, IN JUNE 2014, KICKED OUT THE HIGHLY CORRUPTED CONGRESS DYNASTY AND VOTED FOR THE BJP GOVT. SO THAT RIGHTEOUSNESS AND JUSTICE WOULD PREVAIL IN THE JUDICIARY. BUT EVEN AFTER 3 YEARS OF WAITING PATIENTLY FOR URGENT ADMINISTRATIVE AND JUDICIAL REFORMS, THE SENIOR CITIZENS ARE BEING TREATED AS THIRD RATE CITIZENS BY THE CORRUPTED MEN IN BLACK OF THE INDIAN JUDICIARY . WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ?? THE CITIZENS OF INDIA URGENTLY NEED "SPEEDY JUSTICE " AND NOT SOME HIGH SPEED "BULLET TRAINS" PROJECT , RELYING ON LAKHS OF CRORES OF LOANS FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES , FOR THE ILLEGAL GRATIFICATION OF THE BABOO(n)S .IN THE RAILWAYS AND FINANCE MINISTRIES. THE BJP GOVT. MUST AVOID ALL SUCH CONTROVERSIAL PROJECTS THAT WILL ERODE THE FAITH OF THE CITIZENS . SUCH PROJECTS ONLY PROVIDE FUEL TO THE OPPOSITION FOR ACCUSING THE BJP OF CATERING TO THE FILTHY RICH WHILE EVADING THE BURNING ISSUES FACED BY THE POOR AND NEEDY. AM I NOT CORRECT IN MY ASSESSMENT FRIENDS ??? more
