Ministry of Railways
The steps taken by the Railways through the suggestions given through this site are very encouraging. Though sincere efforts have been made to make the booking system more robust, but it should be a continuous process as touts will find one way or the other to circumvent it.
The Railways should not be considered a charity organization as it has been treated by all the Railways Ministers without exception, resulting any money left for upgradation/modernization. Hence the following is suggested :
1. No freebies where not required.
2. All loopholes need to be plugged.
3. No wastage
4. Decisions should be on the basis of sound economic reasons and not political.
5. Where ever more effective, that service can be outsourced but with effective supervision
6. No leniency for non performance.
7. Effective and continuous supervision and evaluation.

sir, kanpur to delhi can be 2nd rail route if kasganj to aligarh will be rail track, kasganj to aligarh rail line is not available.it is very important. more

It is better Railways sell more of Indian products like Pathanjali etc. May start with Pathanjali biscuits. Much less in price and the money remains in India more
