Modi Government will be completing 3 years in a couple of months. I discovered today that the circles also are having a feature where each ministry and dept can be rated by us.

I have begun the exercise and ask all others to do the same. Esp depts like railways, swachh bharat/urban development, department of economic affairs, consumer, health should have a frank assessment from people.
