A voters humble request that can lead to mini revolution.A crying urgency to restore some sense of dignified living in times of all pervading cynicism.I know fluent kannada, even this single page will be in kannada only.This is written for obvious reasons and wider appeal. The entire budget exercise has to be stopped & just focus on policies & policy implementation. How can budget priorities change every year. Budget should be fixed for 3-5 years & modulate it as required in between. This budget need be trashed & condemned. It has no meaning & country is not built on budget but on implementation. more
