NEET & MCI- Corrupt Supreme Court wants to be Exec

THIS IS DR. RAJIV K. SINGH- I do not have that much time so my posts & ideas about this issue are being given--

0- As per the undemocratic-idiotically large constitution of India EDUCATION is a State subject in directive principles. All laws of putting restrictions on such institutions are CLEARLY LIMITED TO INSTITUTIONS BEING FUNDED BY THE STATE (See the definition of the state in constitution of India).

State can control the admission to state / government Medical Colleges ONLY. AS PER MY (CORRECT) INTERPRETATION OF THE CONSTITUTION AND THE LAW.

-- (in my opinion, many corrupt practices have been going on in Government system of selecting students, even for institution like Armed Forces Medical College Pune. While waste of tax money, bribery, corruption, etc. is rampant in State owned & operated Medical Colleges)

-- State has provided STANDARDS for starting Medical Colleges - and these Medical Colleges can be owned by the State (Central, State, Local governments etc.), Private NGOs (Trusts & Cooperatives, etc.), or few years back even a private company!!!

--According to those standards Private Medical Colleges are started and are INSPECTED BY MCI TEAM to give them PERMISSION TO OPERATE (Admit students). Students are admitted in these colleges based on standard Capitation Fee, examination, Interview and many other factors that we feel are necessary to become a good doctor. MONEY IS NEEDED FOR GOOD EQUIPMENT, BUILDINGS, SALARIES, GETTING GREAT STAFF, GOOD PATIENT CARE, etc. without donations or MONEY how will this be done?

--NEET will be just one of the standards we will use for admission IN PRIVATE SECTOR.

**PRIVATE SECTOR HAS NEVER STOPPED THE GOVERNMENT FROM ESTABLISHING MORE MEDICAL COLLEGE AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE (OUR TAX MONEY) - but the government has not been using the tax money for medical colleges or health of the people, e.g. IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO BUY HELICOPTERS AND EARN BRIBE MONEY IN THAT TOO. So many years since the independence and they STILL CANNOT PRODUCE SUCH CHOPPERS / HELICOPTERS LOCALLY. They do NOT open defense production to PRIVATE SECTOR- and just want to keep on importing for the defense of the country, while taking bribes in every deal, and wasting money. I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO START UPON THE NATIONAL DEBT...AND THE INTEREST WE HAVE TO PAY ON IT. All of this has happened as government has NOT let us grow, especially in EDUCATION.

**GOVERNMENT OR STATE SHOULD MAKE THEIR OWN MEDICAL COLLEGES, THEY NEED TO HAVE SAME STANDARDS AS THE PRIVATE MEDICAL COLLEGES. (They should think of innovative ways of recruiting students from areas or RURAL Areas that do not have doctors, so whole of India can have EQUITABLE HEALTH CARE).

++Government Servants and Politicians want to make PROFIT (bribe, influence, admission seats, etc.) from the RESOURCES (Money, property, donations, etc. owned by Private Sector) due to this the Private sector especially the Private Post-secondary Proprietary institutions have not grown in India -- WE DO NOT HAVE ANY INSTITUTION LIKE YALE UNIVERSITY OR HARVARD UNIVERSITY. That has happened due to idiotic policy of CORRUPT interests who just keep on eating the substance of Private Sector while indulging in FRIVOLOUS things and activities.

**Certain STATE Governments have been taking seats of Medical Colleges ILLEGALLY for the so called MERIT STUDENTS WITHOUT PAYING CAPITATION FEE. They have also been trying to REGULATE THE ANNUAL FEES OF SUCH COLLEGES. Under these conditions it is impossible to OPERATE QUALITY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN TERMS OF EQUIPMENT, SERVICES, TEACHER & STAFF SALARIES, ETC.

++Central government just gives LIP SERVICE to enactments and Policies and OFFICIALS INCLUDING THE MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT & JUDGES- SHOULD BE WHIPPED FOR FOOLING AROUND, AND NOT ENACTING THINGS LIKE RIGHT TO EDUCATION, Making India a knowledge center / economy etc. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE CATEGORY OF STUDENT VISA, SO WE CAN EARN MONEY BY TEACHING FOREIGNERS IN INDIA.

1. All medical books, classes, conferences are in English. English is the most prevalent International language. Because of Nehruji's idiotic decision of (not using forms, reports and registers because they were all in English- whole Management Information System of this country was destroyed) reorganization of states based on language- India is being balkanized. Bharatvarsh was united under King Chandragupt on the directions of Acharya Chanakya. There are elements in almost all states who think their state should be a separate country RULED BY THEM (This tendency has to be nipped in the bud, and any idiot who wants to break the INDIAN UNION should be punished severly). NEET should ONLY BE HELD IN ENGLISH. I repeat NEET should only be held in ENGLISH.

This topic and this country is much more complicated then these SMART-ALECKS have been pretending to show. It is a question of OUR LIBERTY, PROPERTY, etc. more

I very much impressed the statement. Government should be act more
FORMER CHIEF JUSTICE ON HIS LAST WORKING DAY TRIED TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS & GROWTH OF THE PRIVATE SECTOR. But the present judiciary discussed among each other / entered in a criminal conspiracy- then nullified that judgment!!! They have put a committee on top of MCI and again the bribes from private colleges will mostly go to the committee and Supreme Court Judges, who have become Executive Branch Dons and have excercised the Rarest of Rare article in Indian Constitution to take over this Executive Duty. It is all about who will OWN THE CASH COW / corruption. more
State also means the Central government and any local government. No one has stopped the District government to improve the District Hospital and make it a medical college. State & District governments have to get together and see how it can be done. Most District Hospitals are sitting on PRIME REAL ESTATE. more
In opinion, article 45 and 46 fall under the Definition of " the State " that mean the whole State of Indian Territory since these articles do not specify " the States " that could be derived for all the individual States please . more
