Congratulation Singh sahib,
we know it will take time to improve NH 24 condition but I have some suggestion we can pick up some low hanging fruits
e.g close unauthorized cuts , remove road side vegetable & fruit shops near Hindon bridge, By this way also people will get some relax and some change will visible to all,
