No accountability of railways and its staff
The railways employees collected DA in such huge numbers driven by cut in senior citizens concessions and other concessions and look at attached from AC 1 cabin of Prayag Raj express.
We faced this first hand. People from general bogie entering AC1. No attendants, no guards, no TTE stopping them.
So after u pay fares equivalent to flight you get a shit experience in railways and a safety threat traveling as a lady alone.

In such situation instead of waiting for TTE or railways staff please call RPF at number 182 or tweet direct message to Rail madad on Tweeter. It is more effective than TTE. Such passengers travel in AC with help of TTE. more

Passengers can not go anywhere from there looking for anyone.... RPF or call 182 or Tweeter. Their first contact point is TTE. TTE should see himself and coordinate with RPF or anybody else. more

They have no right to encroach the AC1 coach. As far as railway is concerned this govt is insensitive. They could not provide place for these people who are forced to travel as general /waiting class passenger . They all are ticket holder. During festivals govt should add extra coaches /trains on busy routes. more

Due to this unauthorised passengers sleeping in between two seats (1) we can not reach to the toilet (2)We Can not get sound sleep as there will be theft by these passengers more

very true, senior citizen discount should continue as a repect. Secondly, the very pathatic condition of Ac compartment as shown is not at all acceptable. We want reply of action taken from railway authority after taking action against repective coach attendent and security personal of this coach, if rail authority is unable to give answer, they sholuld immediately declare withdrawal of bonus to entire staff. more

Yes Senior Citizens concession should restart as its earlier status not not like above 70 years of age bar as proposed now & also Hon ble Rly should look into the situation of over crowding in reserve bogies (I mean heavy fine ) so that commuters will not dare to travel without proper tickets more
