No need to link Aadhaar to mobile & bank acct

The Supreme Court has indefinitely extended the March 31 deadline for linking of various services with Aadhaar, until it delivers the judgement on the constitutional validity of the biometrical identification scheme.

A five-judge constitution bench, headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra that announced the order, said that this extension will not affect the linking of Aadhaar with the disbursal of benefits under social welfare schemes.

Last week, the Indian government had indicated that it may extend the deadline for the mandatory linking of Aadhaar since more time would be needed to conclude the prolonged hearing in the case.

On December 15 last year, the apex court had extended the deadline for mandatory linking of Aadhaar with various services and welfare schemes to March 31. more

First Govt. to undertake that misuse of aadhar will not take place and all neccessary precautions have been take , no loophole is in the system. more

Linking of Aadhar has helped to find out many dummy accounts and many more things. Now that it will be linked to Voter ID card also will bring drastic change in casting of votes. But, one thing is lagging. Necessary Aadhar correction centers are not available to rectify the cropt of mistakes in Aadhar Cards. more  
In fact, there shall not be any afraid for Aadhaar or its Linking to all SINCE IT CURBS FINANCIAL CHEATING. more  
The linking of aadhar number with bank account and telephone connection will help in checking the dummy accounts, shell companies, multiple Passports, terrorist activities and misuse of subsidies by protecting the privacy of the card holder. more
