Fogging importance not even considered by established municipal corporations, municipal councils . I view and witness fogging once a year or maximum twice, where as fogging importance seriously considered in government residential enclaves. Seriousness be given to publics health as uncertain pandemic, nipha or other contagious infections. more
A Great initiative. Once in Singapore as back as year 2000, I saw the widening ng of roads at intersection to ease the traffic. An informative board was put there showing the name address and contact person of the contractor. Planned Date of start and finish. Name of contact person from the govt. And they invited public suggestions to resolve any inconvenience to the traffic and/or the nearby residents. I have seen such displays in HKG and UK as well. Here in India any Tom dick Harry digs a hole on the road for the unfortunate to either fall in it or be victims to accidents caused for avoiding falling in more
One small thing - Noida is an Industrial Development Authority, not a municipality. Politicians want to get it converted into a municipality so they can grab power away from Noida Authority and have their cronies occupy lucrative posts (Mayor, Councilor etc.) and lucrative contracts. And increase their (government) coffers by imposing high property taxes (under the pretext of providing all those services which we already get from Noida Authority by paying lifetime lease and water sewage tax). Let's hope Noida city stays as an IDA and not as a municipality. more
Schedule is looking good. Has it been widely circulated to RWAs in Noida so that they can monitor and give feedback. more
If there is outbreak of disease in some congested areas of UP,for NDTV it is a breaking news as if innumerable humans were added only during past 4 years of Yogi rule. more
Request please use a separate post for your Andhbhakti comment. I would have expected a subject related gyaan from a senior medical professional. It is personal preference and entirely different topic whether you wish to watch unbiased NDTV or love watching scandalous Godi media. more
