OROP, veterans decide to continue stir: IS IT FAIR?
Fulfilling one of its major election promises in the run up to the Lok Sabha elections of the BJP, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar today announced the implementation of the long delayed One Rank One Pension (OROP) for ex-servicemen.
In stead of being thankful to the government, veterans want the OROP on their terms would continue the stir. Now what is the difference between them and trade unions. Please do not involve politics now, honorable veterans.

I think time has come to review the Pension system to all Retd. Officers in one go, otherwise next time Govt Officers will go on Strike for the same as no similarity as of now. more

OROP was scrapped by Rajiv. and now people cry when this govt wants to reintro the system. Congis wont do it & wont let anyone do it...! Shame more
