PENSION SHALL BE SUCH THAT TO BE EARNED OUT OF SERVICE RENDERED . THE ISSUE OF COST OF LIVING INDEX ADDRESS IS THE ROOT CAUSE AND YOU CAN SEE PLENTY IN THE RECENT FUTURE . I was appalled and shocked to read in the news papers that some of the lower rank holders get pension as low as Re 5000 and Re 10000. I think this is gross injustice compared to the service they do for the Nation. I think even a peon in the Central Government draws a better pension than those brave soldiers. more
