Our Covid survey playing on television attached

On why covid is spreading and the fact that the numbers that are being reported by different states are understated. The LocalCircles head aptly described that now people are just avoiding testing of family friends unless they have comorbidity and officials are dropping the ball. In a nut shell the struggle thats happening with common people is:

Private Hospitals: Billa, overuse of drugs, tests, wards

Govt Hospitals: Apathy, Bad Infrastructure, capability issues

Home Quarantine: 14-17 days effectively, do all household chores, social stigma

Way out being followed by majority: deny covid, resist tests, hide symptoms more

Most appropriate post madam. You have analysed the situation aptly. Each of the points mentioned needs attention and should be taken seriosly to stop the further spread of the Virus in the Country. If the contact Tracing has been given the go by, to reduce the burden of new cases. How will the administration will stop the infection. more
To curtail all the increase, one has to be careful all the time.Vaccine will not come before Jul'21.Only thing we Indians know is a DANDA & Penalties. So,increase both if u want to survive more
With the passing of days and months, people have stopped taking COVID with seriousness. If such things continue, then COVID may stay for some more months and may cause wide spread losses. more
Thanks Sanjana. Good to see this. Most are not testing despite symptoms - so true more
Sanjana tell me one reason why it should not spread. I can give you many reasons why it should spread. 1) it is easy to talk. People have lost everything and are now dying sitting at home. They have no money for santizers, soaps and at many places water is a problem. SO it is better to dies that to stay locked up and get sick. 2) We are talking about testing. People have no money to eat. Do you think they can go for testing. Govt will have to make it free like Delhi if not it will spread. 3) Now we are talking about vaccination. Again many will not take because they will not have money people are talking about. 4) people are not getting jobs but figures like PF enrolments are increasing as reported. No one knows HOW? So please work out the modality how to implement the big talks of protection. Yes people who have money there is no problem. But then do not forget when they go out the moneyless will infect them. So situation is very critical at the moment. more
