The governing authorities are at their absolute responsibility to honour , implement & carry the guide lines of our Constitution in all issues of [1] COWS AND CALVES [ 2 ] ALCOHOL OTHER THAN INDUSTRIAL [ 3 ] WOMEN & INDIAN HERITAGE & CULTURE [ 4 ] CAST PREFERENCES [ 5 ] RELIGIOUS INCITE which were specifically listed in the Constitution of India and there were the valid issues recorded in the record of Constituent Assembly and , Supreme Court findings as well as amendment to the constitution . The Governing Bodies have forgotten or set aside since the Rule in India is set for Political Parties and their Supporters which naturally work for their own goals whether in Rule or, aspiring for their ruling . However , no body still once again tried to have a code for Journalistic activities which have been since 2 and half decades set into Business Houses . This is true if we observe the 24 hours news channels which dump un-useful visuals and even exhibit / Represent the the indecent presentation of Women more specifically through ADDS irrespective of the very law of 1986 prohibiting such . It is necessary that our suggestions and conclusions recommended by this Mother Circle are to be codified fast enacting and even adding in the Constitution please . more  

Very well said Rohini. Those advocating ban of media are perhaps living in the 14th Century. We cannot adopt an ostrich approach like putting the head under the sand and wish the problem will pass. Media has now become more vigilant and exposes keep all government machinery vigilant and work with responsibility. Imagine a scenario without media when your family member is detained or gets injured in accident and there is no report available. Similar is the case...in a democracy, the media becomes the mouthpiece of people. However the Government in power is able to have media houses telecast only their achievement...that is why Times Now channel's popularity went down and to the extent that Arnab Goswami was shown the door. Public awareness about what is going on in the country is created by both print and visual media. If media hadn't created pressure, Nirbhaya rapists would have easily gotten away..so Shivaniji stop being critical of media and see the positive side as well. more
