Payments failing on New IRCTC site
Once a payment is submitted via payment gateway on the new IRCTC site the customer gets a sms message about amount being charged on the credit card but after the payment screen the customer is not redirected to the booking. The booking is not reflected in my tickets section either. No email from IRCTC is received either while funds have been charged.
IRCTC must resolve this on top priority. Till then one may use the new IRCTC site for querying information but the old one for booking. more

The amount charged has still not been reversed IRCTC though it has been 6 days now. You have to check your systems and if this happening with a large number of passengers, you have a serious problem. more

Its a very strange thing I am hearing, IRCTC uses a very genuine billing mode and verifies your OTP, then the amount gets deducted, there must be some fault in your card. Consult customer care of your credit card to lock it. more

Why are all IRCTC officials in this circle. Such useful leads in real time can help them fix the system more
