Pfizer Covid Vaccine leading to Blood Clots : US FDA

Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine has been linked to blood clotting in older individuals, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). India should also consider doing an in-depth on vaccines administered though to my knowledge no Pfizer was given in India. Attached Research.

FDA researchers, crunching data from a database of elderly persons in the United States, found that pulmonary embolism—blood clotting in the lungs—met the initial threshold for a statistical signal and continued meeting the criteria after a more in-depth evaluation.
Three other outcomes of interest—a lack of oxygen to the heart, a blood platelet disorder called immune thrombocytopenia, and another type of clotting called intravascular coagulation—initially raised red flags, researchers said. More in-depth evaluations, such as comparisons with populations who received influenza vaccines, showed those three as no longer meeting the statistical threshold for a signal.
Researchers looked at data covering 17.4 million elderly Americans who received a total of 34.6 million vaccine doses between Dec. 10, 2020, and Jan. 16, 2022.

Why are we talking about Pfizer vaccine any ways? Didn't we in India have all our own made vaccine?? more
I do not understand why people still do not understand how rotten USA is and also how bad the Americans are as a race. more
What a shame it is that you make these kind of sweeping statement. You know nothing about US and people of real US. I am and Indian and have lived a state of South Dakota, the real America, for over 40 years. I can tell you this kind of thought is pushed by a socialist group of people who like to divide and conquer. All people in the world including Indians are prejudiced that does not make every person a racist. That said the left did push the vaccine and the related to win this past presidential election with Covid lies. more
Don't be panic. Ratio is .001 per cent more
this can be done in our country if medical members of our circle raise their voice to respective authority more
Nice of to warn LC Membersa. An Advisory should be issued by IMA warning the use of Pfizer vaccine more
