Plight of flat and villa buyers

The pathetic, crook, corrupt builders of India take customers for a ride. Today their crimes reached new level when buyers in Noida waiting for their flat for 12 years and counting were protesting against the builder Supertech in sector 96. Attached video.

In response the builder fired water cannon on the customers, someone whose money the builder has taken and held for 12 years.

This company should be shut along with life imprisonment for all its directors and every personal asset of theirs siezed. Some other company should be sold the assets and should deliver the flats without harassing customers like this.

Not sure where central and state govt and their rera is. For these flat buyers they are useless entities more

Only solution is nrvrr venture buyingbflat from under construction projects. Cheeting of flat buyers is something fraud, in association with unsurplus corrupt politicians. Many buyets have lost theur life savings by investinundrt construction projects. more
No stringent laws against the builders. For them staying in the house and or the jail is more or less the same. Builders wants that the buyers should go to the court so that the civil cases can be dragged for years together. It is suggested for the buyers to please look for ready to move in flats with few occupancy rather than under construction flats or apartments or plots. Though it will be little costly but at least you can physically see the actual flat and the lay out. more
most of Noida builders are cheaters . 12 years gone 22000 home buyers Jaypee of are waiting to get their flats, cheated home owners thought after bjp came to power they will get their flats, but 2nd term of bjp going to be over but nothing improved ,we do not know 2024 bjp will come to power or not .bjpwas making they will provide house for all in 2022 . but it failed to forced corrupt builders to complete the flats. they are using judiciary for time passing. more
The builders are authorized to charge sq.ft rate as per market value as per Supreme Court Judgement in 2005.....If you remember then you will be at peace and buy from only high end builders....need not explain what is market rate.... more
The useless judiciary of India is the basic reason for this state of affairs. They allow cases to drag on for decades and live like kings at the taxpayers expense. more
