Police Atrocities

The country deserves only Monarchy. The democracy is for educated masses. Having only 20% of the population who can read and write, Monarchy is best solution. If we want continue Democracy the first reform the government should make is the police department. We all should learn how to handle culprits from seeing the western civilization. We have a long way to go if at all we have to achieve this standard. Police atrocities can be seen in movies - these are from real life actions. When most of our policemen are not literate how do you expect manners from them. more

The root cause lies in Constitution. Judiciary was not crowned as Custodian for enforcing Constitutional Mandates and IPC. Since '60s Judiciary was not cared and is the result of twofold failures. Second but PRIME is that EC was not set as Absolute Authority and is dependent on will of Executive while the Legislatures are under occupation by those possessing Criminal cases on either Social OR Financial Frauds. HOW CAN ANY SUCH COUNTRY HAVE ACCOUNTABLE POLICING ?. Please let us not find fault with Policing Personal. Bureaucrats, Police , even P. A. Staff were under Political suppression for 56 years. Even Judiciary was ignored from 1975 and was lead under INSUFFICIENT COURTS AND INADEQUATE JUDGES. In such type of Political Rule for a continued period of HALF A CENTURY, People also cannot DISCHARGE PROMPT CIVIC DUTIES. Even Judiciary also cannot function to its Mandates. more
