Political Democracy AND, Karnataka Ruling Majority

People, Politicians and Election Commission, Speaker have to decide on the merits of the issue of 35% scored party crowning 17% Scored party as C.M. while both put together fighting against BJP that scored 47% . Since JDS is not the aliened party of Congress before Elections, JDS, being an opposition Party that aimed at defeating the Ruling Party shall indeed to support only NDA aliened BJP.
Legitimate issue is that, ethics of Politics/Election will not justify dethroned party to alien with Opposition to drag back another Opposition party that scored above 35% than the Ruling Party.
35% difference is a major issue to be dealt with Democratic Concept, Norms, Ethics and the Natural Justice and to be disallowed such Ruling Party to take back the Rule. OTHERWISE, PEOPLE’S VERDICT EVER WILL BE MISMANAGED and is really anti Democracy and against people’s preference of Rule .
When the majority scored Opposition party, BJP, fails to prove majority in getting support of independents and members of other parties those of Democratic interest, the least option is to call the Ruling party that scored 2nd place if it can get aliened with other Opposition Party/Parties AND THIS IS ALSO TO AVOID ADDITIONAL ELECTION EXPENSES and not at the Justified concept of the Objective of Natural and Moral Justice that mandate in Political Science. more

Speech of Dr. Ambedkar in the Constituent Assembly declare and specify “ ... Our Constitution lays down what is called Parliamentary democracy. By Parliamentary democracy we mean “ one man, one vote” . We also mean that every Government shall be on the anvil, both in its daily affairs and also at the end of aa certain period when the voters and the electorate will be given an opportunity to assess the work done by the government. The reason why we have established in the Constitution a political democracy is because we do not want to install by any means whatsoever a perpetual dictatorship of any particular body of people. “ This why, the Preamble of our Constitution guaranteed placing the issue of “ JUSTICE, social, economic and political “ atop of the 4 [four] mandates. Therefore, Allowing a refused, rejected and defeated Party to share the Rule in the Country in any form and pretext, IS ABSOLUTELY AGAINST THE CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES TO ITS PEOPLE . There shall either be the Re Elections or, President’s Rule if no Member of the House of any party do not extend support the Single Elected / Coalition Party. If the Coalition party acquire majority where the Ruling Party is part of that Coalition, the issue of Refusal to such Political Party will not arise . Therefore, the awarding opportunity of Ruling in Karnataka State to the non aliened Congress and JDS stand against to the concept and objectives of POLITICAL DEMOCRACY THAT CONCLUDED WHILE IN ADOPTANCE IN INDIAN CONSTITUTION. more
BJP should have been gracious enough to sit in opposition knowing very well that Congress and JD(S) had joined hands. But they tried to manipulate with the Governor ever willing to help his old masters. All the principles being voiced now in their favour were thrown to the winds when they manipulated in Bihar by aligning with JD(U) against whom they had fought the election. Hope the future will be better. more
The BJP brought shame not only to the governor's office but also to the SC..it must realize that this kind of 'chanakya niti' is not good for democracy..it has lost a lot of credibility as a party at the state and national level.. more
Maybe BJP could have had a higher number of seats if 1. Language is a barrier in South. There is a strong Kannada preference and unfortunately many especially rural may not be able to follow fluent Sanskari Hindi 2. Would be good if Yedurappa portrayed himself more as farmer than Lingayat. Deve Gowda has done this Doesn't emphasize much about being a Vokkaliga. More about being a farmer. Best wishes to BJP. Congress JDS won't last long. more
They are being treated as bonded ???? Or Nonliving bodies. Carried from here to there like heard. more
Disallowing independent decision on Voting on any Subject Issue/Bill , Stipulating Party wishes on Elected Constituent IS THE BASIC CAUSE OF OPPRESSIVE OR SUPPRESSIVE objects of Political Parties. Time has come to Reform and Remove the authority of Whip since this is doing injustice to even the public mandate . more
Really sad day for India, Karnataka, BJP supporters and BJP voters.. We wanted BJP in Karnataka.. We voted for Vikas and Hindutva.. We voted for Shri Modi Ji.. But greedy corrupt opportunistic Hindu hating anti India forces have usurped power in Karnataka.. Helpless citizens forced to watch.. more
Need to establish, mandate ethics and objectives in many including those set for REFORMS. People's Democracy, Power of People to refuge and replace the Governments that run against the welfare of general public, AS DELIBERATED AND CONTEMPLATED BY DR. B. R. Ambedkar in the Constituent Assembly also has now been set aside.
Ambedkar's deep concern , ethics of People,s Democracy are also now getting ERASED AS IS FOUND IN ACCEPTING 35% scored Congress purchasing 17% scored JDS with C.M.Seat in support of Power Share .

Reforms in E.C., Political Parties, Electoral Funds, Performance Regulations of Elected members in the Legislating Houses are fast needed alongwith the Reforms in Print and Electronic Media, Governance under Bureaucrats , AND, the Judiciary FAST TO SAVE THE COUNTRY' Democracy and the innocent public. more
