it is an patented tactic by Khangress in all their long years of ruling India 1) Prolong the judicial process to score political mileage whenever it matters to them 2) Anoint their stooge judges for "Commissions" i.e. Liberhan Commission went for nearly a decade 3) Sunanda Pushkar case, Police inaction for over THREE years !!! for top Khangress leaders were involved 4) Ram mandir case is eternally delayed 5) By anointing commissions, & endless trails, minor evidences are blown up & flesh is extracted in political debates / political scores 6) Y Rajasekhar Reddy dies in helicopter crash. Actress Soundarya dies in Helicopter crash. Balayogi dies in helicopter crash. Scientists like Homi Bhabha & other talented scientists are killed in fligh crashes. Some are tried for spying or espionage case against them. Rajesh Pilot dies in car crash. Gopinath Munde dies in car crash on "zero traffic road". 7) All the cases are closed as natural accidents, without any investigation. Press never raised any questions then for they were paid to maintain calm. 8) High Court & Supreme Court positions are either on sale or brought through "servitude" or "loyalty" to the then ruling parties 9) Similarly many positions in the state government are auctioned, including key transfer to money / ATM money postings i.e. forest borders, state borders,...etc.. 10) Press never raised these issues for they are party to such transaction & they enjoyed cosy relationship with ruling government then. 11) Now anyone who wants to set right will face strong opposition by the existing beneficiaries. 12) Jyoti Basu the 25 years CM of Bengal, killed English teaching in schools, sent his own children abroad & live there - Politicians never lived their talk... one for public, different for self !! They lead dual life, dual policies. Press never touched the subject for they were paid for being calm. 13) Liberhan commission says after a decade that Babri masjid demolition was planned. CBI Judge on 2G after 5 years states, there is NO corruption or favoritism in 2G !!! CBI Judges gives Rs. 5 lacs penalty for Rs. 700 crores. No recovery of money, no property attachments, permits VIP treatment of scamster with home made food whereas Sasikala (Tamil Nadu) has to eat jail food only. All judges are by the competent yet there is no uniformity on judgements !! Khangress appointees protected their leaders with lenient punishments. Press never said democracy is under threat !!! 14) it is time to clean entire bureaucratic system of the rottenness in a brutal manner like China does with iron hand, uphold the truth, India cannot raise & will remain banana republic. 15) In all this, recall the Shakespeare powerful words of Mark Antony speaking on immediate death of Julius Caesar more  

It is now common phrase used by Opposition that everything that happens everyday in this country is "democracy is at stake " "democracy is at danger"..... all run by corrupt media, corrupt politics... now these cliches appear more as jokes, they no longer evoke the concern that it used to be in earlier days. more  

Khangress being the ruling party for many decades have been appointing their stooges to various govt positions. This happens even if BJP to continue to rule for few decades. Any effort to correct the decades of wrong doing will be met with strong opposition. This is what is happening in this Judges case. There is no doubt that if the recent judgements are any indication, judiciary is all evident it is corrupt & brutally corrupt. Judge meeting politicians is like Judge meeting the criminal at his home !!! Time to rewrite the constitution itself. It is dated & outdated & to be scrapped. It is British dictated script called as constitution. Rewrite it with Indian style of living & values. more  

Procedures if amended and set with 1947 dedications on Nation and the Society there could have been the prompt procedure in concluding Justice between ;' cases of Civil nature ; cases of Criminal nature ; cases of betrayal/deceiving/cheating Governments either direct or indirect Financial misuse/Offence . Since after 77, High Courts and S.C. set with insufficient Courts [in HC area] and inadequate Judges in all Courts as is evident from S.C. Guidelines concluded in 1987 . This politically set inadequacy in the Judiciary resulted in pending of Lakhs of cases by 2015. Secondly, by 2013, above 7,000 Fake Law Certificates of private law colleges were identified. Thousands of Financial Crimes and Fiscal Offences since after 1990 amount to Lakhs of Crores but, a little number of cases are concluded by Courts. We have been witnessing many cases of High Volume Financial Offences/Crimes those investigated, Studied and Concluded by ACB, CBI, ED, as Financial Offence is committed , majority of Cases are failing in Courts AND REALLY QUESTIONABLE ON THE QUALIFICATION, MERIT, TALENTS. Who and what is the root cause ? . They are RECOGNIZED BY THE GOVERNMENT WINGS AND EVEN REWARDED WITH PROMOTIONS . Whom we have to think incompetent ? If we really think practically or on ground, If we believe the Constitutional Mandates and empowerment, Who shall be questioned for such ? Our Constituent Assembly record says that we, the people in Electing, OR, THE JUDICIARY that to Secure Constitutional provisions to its Citizen as mandated in the Preamble of the Constitution . Here again, Judiciary is only the easiest and timeless opportunity to access and get Justified derivations . Hence only the Selfish Politicians since after 77, made Judiciary of India inadequate and far off from the general public. Why 77 ? The Public Protests staged in Parliament Houses, Cases lodged in High Courts and S.C. since 1951 to 77 will prove and stand cognizant . EVEN NOW, EITHER WE, CITIZEN OR JUDICIARY HAVE TO SOLVE THIS VITAL ISSUE OF Rule of Law in India. OR, TERRITORIAL SECURITY FORCE MAY ALSO AWAKE LIKE WE AROSE IN 2014. more
