I agree. Cleanliness in the compartments and hygienic food in the trains is very essential. Now a days even the food being served in Rajdhani, Duranto and shatabdi trains is not hygienic. Strict vigilance by railway officers is required, which is not visible now a days. D C Mathur more

It has also come to the noticed that the GRP staff in the trains usually accomodate the passengers without ticket in their seats or some seats in the general compartment and charge the fare form such passengers and keep in their pocket. The rail staff is well aware of this practice and become a part of that. The GRP staff takes such passenger upto exit gate and then return in the train. This has been generally seen in Ludhiana Section trains. more
