Rajya Sabha strength & weakness:

With Congress falling in Maha & Haryana with Jharkhand coming up,it is opportune for Bjp to go for Land Acquisition Law amendment in winter session of parliament.Make the law more pro business with interest of farmers in mind.Reduce the cost of land and delete all social clauses. All ugly legacy of UPA should go.If the congress is not obliging then go for joint session of parliament. The law was enacted for UPA to get votes. It did not get them that.So the law is not right for India. It is wrong and should be amended/deleted.It is anti industry.India ranks 142 in ease of doing business.

Bjp has to push to get this law amended. It will not lose any face if it goes for joint session. Its votes in other states will be decided by this legislation.Hope BJP/CONGRESS get this message.Hope COMMON SENSE PERMEATES OVVER PETTY EGO/POLITICS.Indusstry will get a massive boost if this law is passed. more
