Ratings for Govt Action

I recently explored a bit more on ratings and found articles on google that railways and smart cities are referring to citizen ratings on localcircles here:

Consumer Ministry should do the same and so should every govt department (atleast central govt) so builders/real estate walllahs whose primary business is cheating all get exposed.

This is the aspect of social media I truly love and believe will transform India even if Sarkaars dont.

That's is a sort of commercial approach to governance. People rate the services, comment, make suggestions. Sounds like a fast food business, where businesses accept comments and suggestions, because they have to stay competitive in the market and most importantly survive. What about government service departments and government itself? I feel they lack the most important thing required for improvising, "Competition". more  
At he is talking making every citizens to participate in governance in giving ideas .tag kines advertisement painting In all respects pm giving respect to citizens without calling banana and mango this is more than anything helding head high I am indian and roam anywhere in world what he did . Rach citizens contribute to the nation building work by opening bank account. Middle class genious people gifted their share either in subsidy give up or giving cheque for certain services to nation which recognised by pm publicly..Each citizens are receiving respect recognition in this govt .thank you modi anna manavantha jivanakke more  
modi govt is working quite beautifully and actively. his efforts and attempts are exemplary and worthy of salutation. more  
Ratings with opinion , comments and suggestions just like the newly started , will help a lot in concluding and reforming at ease please . more
