Sir, Two trains Awadh express and Kushinagar express are running between Gorakhpur to Mumbai are very slow trains these trains stops apx 50 stations please RE-SCHEDULE These trains and remove some stops and increase speed of these trains. As far as the issue of rating is concerned I rate "0" start improvement from ground level also give training to Railway staff how to behave with passengers. more

What is the use of Rating of Trains and Stations? First of all improve the Quality of Service rendered to the Public. Then only Rating can be decided. My observation of AC waiting hall condition in Rly Station:had an aweful experience at the unhygenic sight of toilets at Varanasi Rly station in February,2015,worse than that of any sleeper/common waiting hall.The truth may be verified. On the contrary, Vijayawada Rly Station AC waiting may be cited as one of the best models to follow. more

Basically railway made worse b j B stared booking 120 days advance. Even marriage. R fixed about one month in advance any sensible person cannot do four months advance more
