our constitution is not giving any freedom and justice to any Indian. it needs to be reform by indian people,by giving everybody equal rights only we can grow otherwise one will contribute to country and another will consumes the country.today contributors are suffering from nonsense laws & tax structure of India. people should have right to stop or forward any bill by on-line voting,SMS, not by the nonsense shameless politicians.

every thing is about "what people want" . who has asked the people's interest and made the law?,supreme court only gives judgement on bases of laws of the constitution, if constitution is made as per need of that time, so many of the rules and regulation have finished its efficacy limit or became old dated laws how it works today?i "what every people want" should be in the centre of democracy,choice of decision of people may be good or bad so constitution should give choices to people. whatever people choose let them enjoy in that specified area of the country.you can not make people happy by fixing peoples desire in fixed rules.as per peoples belief they decide.constitutions job should be to make aware people about results of the deed.let every individuals be independent to decide input and output is good or bad. it is up to every individual. constitution should be centred to individual more

You think problem can be solved using online voting. You will vote for the right one. Think about the outer world people where one guy will vote many number of times for the same one( Could be right or wrong option) from his one computer. If the government announces that IP address will be checked then their is possibility that the wrong option be selected from different IP address. We cannot fully relay on online voting also, if their is one positive their will be negative too which when stopped then what you said can be implemented. more

Indian Constitution wisely provided all the probable need of people & our then then first & Second decade leaders added the requisite need to strengthen them and still , the Supreme Court of India is quoting the constitutional objectives at times where the laws become anti constitutional but , of-course , when a brilliant lawyer contests. ONLY THING IS , THE POLITICIANS THEREAFTER , WITH SOME OF THOSE BUSINESSMEN COUPLED WITH , SET AND LEAD THE CONSTITUTIONAL BENEFITS ONLY TO THE 10% OF THESE DIVERSIFIED POLITICAL AND BUSINESSMEN .
