Refund for Cancelled tickets
It is the practice of returning the amount for cancelled tickets after two days. why it takes two days for returning. with using IMPS or UPI BHIM , it just take one or two minutes to return the amount. if the ticket is cancelled or fully waitlisted, IRCTC should immediatly return the booked amount. don't say that, they need for official formalities or office practice or any other verification purpose need to be completed, because if these steps are not need while collecting the amount, then why only need at return only. for example in bank operations, we can deposit money in cash deposit machine and immediatly withdraw money through ATM. no verification is involved. itctc should do that process more

I would also like the idea of regret booking as soon as wait-list reaches 72 / 100 and should not issue tickets unless earlier tickets gets cancelled. Railways normally shows regret after wait-list reaches or crosses 400. It's the easiest way of making more money from common man only, which should not be accepted in any ways. more
