Regarding exemption of medical institute from gst

A medical college hiring outsourcing services like security, bearer,sanitation , other staff from a service provider , whether that medical college is exempt from paying gst to service more

GST is applicable on Purchase of Flats. Earlier the Flat was sold with Service Tax applicable at 4.5 % of the Total Price as applicable. Taxes n Duties were inclusive. Today, the Builder is insisting on Charging Full GST without giving relief on the earlier cost of Taxes n Duties. What is the step to b taken. Awaiting Advice as next instalment is due during the week more

No institute or body or establishment or individual should be exempted from GST. more

no licence should be given if they can not have any services direct,because any lapse in any service will be termed as outsourced and the college,institution etc. will always put the blame game on them and try to avoid their involvement. more
