Residents of Campa Cola Society at Mumbai

Residents of Campa Cola Society at Mumbai are facing too many problems at no fault of their own. Even the supreme court has not given any relief , people have lost faith in the justice and the judiciary. It seems there is there is no one to solve their problem and the best part is that every body knows who is the culprit, and yet the supreme court have given the verdict not in their favor. Now where to go?? can this Govt can help? Pl note the time is running out and soon all the residents will have to resorts to alternate arrangement and it could be on the streets of mumbai. more

In my view the culprit is the builder, the builder should pay back the residents their money with interest and penalty for mental harassment they have gone through these days and thereafter the authorities can pull down the illegal construction. more
the builders and all the conniving BMC officials responsible for this (inspector who did not raise an alarm, how did they get electricity, water, who did the mutation), and how is it that nobody noticed that such a thing happened in the first place. These people should pay up and arrange for accommodation for these stranded people. Govt. is not going ahead and filing a case against these people. Even the residents can file a case against these persons for duping them. more
It is very sad to see what is happening at Campa cola society. With due respects to Supreme Court, I think the supreme court went by law books rather than looking the case practically. By the way, after evicting all the people, demolishing the extra floors (or whole of campus), who is going to benefit? It is a lose-lose game for all involved, and no punishment to real culprits. I didnt expect this from our honourable Supreme court, the last resort for us. more
We should introduce moral science subject in class V and VI where the subject should familiarise the students on the need for discipline, honesty, hard work, faith etc in an impartial way. The subect should contain stories of great personalities who can inspire the new generation students at a very early young age. Also short chapters of the prominent religions practiced in India and their spiritual and moral content made by individual experts from each community should be added to make our younger generations broadminded and tolerant. Sensitive aspects of each religion which tend to create divisions should be nicely avoided though it can be practiced by the individual students according to their society and home requirements. more
