Must be now everyone has heard about Mandsaur rape case of a 7-year-old girl. It is more worst then Nirbhaya case.
I understand India is a hugely populated country but Is it really difficult or impossible to assure security and safety to small girl kids & women?
Can any organization / NGO and the group of individuals come forward and really come out with the solution to how to protect small kids & women in India?

There is no fear of law in our country. It is quite common for an offender to threat/ridicule a victim by utterances like "Let him go to court". "Let him go to police", "What you can do?" ....Because offenders are confident that because of their monetary/muscle power and/or influential cover. Earlier I had suggested that punishments are to be exemplary. Trials should be completed within 3 months and hanging should be done in public. Before execution. the culprit should be mounted in an open truck and displayed with announcement of the crime committed. more

Right,they can play important role in improving the root cause of unlawful activities of the society but ,the problem is that they are least concerned with this.Once they become MLA ,MP & alike ,they forget most of the promises they made before Election,& start managing how to increase their quantum of property .What shall Mr.PM do alone ?He had asked his MPs to develop Ram Rajya in at least some region of his constituency ,but how many of his MPs /MLAs responded in his gesture? This is no punishment.After being hanged all will forget the matter as in case of Nirbhaya.The most right punishment shall be chopping of his private organ in public in very cruel manner & then leave him to spend rest of life at his will. You are right. Hanging should be in public to create fear. General people like us only we can give suggestions and educate people around us. I have lot of expectation from Mr. Modi and even many people like me are having expectation to revive all backward process in all system soon.
