SHOULD LEGISLATORS BE BARRED FROM PRACTICING LAW ?

Whether it is for profit or no profit (they can manipulate ) ,MPs/ MLAs who are publc servants should not indulge in any business practise ,even if they run a business they should hand over to someone when they are in public service. If they found working controry to this they should be stripped off of the public service position. It is high time constituion is amended to collect public opinion and draw code of practice for public servants . The pary whip and all other changes are fundamentally in the nterest of big parties and never pubic interest is considered. Of course the orginal constitution framers did not dwell on the sujects of elected public servants remuneration and responsibility,as they saw only honest public servants who spent their wealth for the people whose interest for public was above board. Time has changed and we are watching new set of elected public servants who come only to rob people and treasury in different new methods to the maximum extent with least care for the poor. Also the literacy rate was low and any law to prescibe qualifications would shut the doors for illiterate workers who longed to serve people .Now the qualification should be not only education and but service for minimum perid with NGOs who really serve.
Finally govt should not close their eyes on the going in the world. When phone @rs 400 per month with no limit on talk time why should public servants should be paid fancy sum for telephone.
Again the fund for MP/MLA constituency is a big fraud. when every one is trying to bring in development every where why some islated development. this has served no other purpose than to provide avenue for additional revenue to the elected representatives.
Let us join together to draw the minimum qualification , remuneration related to average income of the state or nation.Of course the education of their wards should be assured, responsibility. more

The then allowed practices are NOW TO BE CURBED SINCE THEY ARE PAID, SERVED AND , BEFITTED . more
