Start Up India - Inputs Sought
Government of India and LocalCircles are currently evaluating the creation of a national "Start Up India" community along with Start Up India local communities to make Starting Up in India easier.
The national community is envisaged as a platform for entrepreneur feedback into policy as well as knowledge exchange, to find partners and collaborators etc. The local city level communities will be more transactional level enabling local collaboration, references, information and working together with each other/State Government to eliminate local bottlenecks faced by entrepreneurs.

Please find my inputs below: 1.Start-ups should be easy to create and setup as far as as the legal formation of the company is required - it should be completely online and just a button click away. 2.Start-ups should be legally permitted to operate from anywhere(unless there is a health or hazard concern) - including their residence - at least if it is a SOHO it should not be refused to operate from anywhere. 3.We hear very often the hassles and corruption faced by people when setting up a company.This should be easy to report and quick action should be taken. more
